Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All refunds and exchange are to be determined by KIKI LALA.
KIKI LALA reserves the right to determine whether a refund or store credit will be provided, at our full discretion.
Refunds can only be issued if the item(s) are:
- Faulty, defective.
- Is significantly different from description or advertised.

Cancelation
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Please choose carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds/Exchange
We do not accept refunds or exchange if change of mind however,
Refunds and exchange can be given if the goods are faulty, defective, majorly damaged or different from advertised. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them and unopened. We cannot exchange or refund on blind boxes after opened or if you got a duplicate.
Items can only be exchanged at KIKI LALA physical store with a copy of the receipt, the item in original condition, unopened and sealed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed to your original payment methods.
